Making Love A Way Of Life

You can make love any time anywhere.
In fact
Make love all the time
Everywhere

It’s not an act
It’s a way of being
Make love with the grass, the flowers, the sky.
Let them make love to you
Breathe them in

Make love to your being, your soul, to Light itself

Cease withholding the joy of loving until..
You get the right partner
You get turned on
You get everything done
You get fully opened

Stop waiting
Make love first
And often
Without the story

Doesn’t require nudity
Or even touch
As glorious as they can be

Takes breath and presence in your heart
Willingness to open
Being here now

Whatever is presented to you, ask in your heart:
Can I expand to include this?
Answer’s always yes if you’re in there.
Your reward?
You gain the joys of being in
your heart
Rather than your judging mind

Fill Me, Lakshmi

I fill with the fullness of you, Lakshmi.

Pour your sweet, soft abundance through my life,

Fill me with all good things — love, light, and your sweet, sweet money,

Thousands and tens of thousands flowing in, around, and through me,

Regularly, consistently, deliciously, with great ease and enormous joy,

Fill my coffers to overflowing so my abundance flows out to enrich many others,

To fund their dreams as you fund mine.

I invoke and welcome your healing of my financial realms.

Allow your rich flows to dissolve all that is short of openness to true wealth.

Deliver me into the lap of solvency and ever-growing prosperity.

Two Hearts Entwine

Two hearts entwining,

Merging in joyous rivers of love.

Your deep silent embrace of Spirit sparks my desire to be one

Enfolded in the soft, warm safeness of your arms and soul,

I am enticed into myself

Ever more deeply into me

My true nature revealed in the mirror of you

My Love, you touch the Goddess in me, the Priestess, the Healer

Awakening the Divine Child

Call forth the wildish nature of my Lioness self

We travel together into Infinity’s vastness

Your heart so soft as it meets my fears,

you make room for healing that sets me free

nurture me into a wholeness I have never known

I am so many selves, so many ages, so multifarious and complex

I feared no one could ever meet me

Yet at every turn you are there, coaxing me further along each path

Enjoying the delight of discovery by my side

How come you to be so wondrous, so magnificent a vessel for Love

Warmly receptive of all our hearts reveal

Two bodies melt into one

In our ecstasy I no longer know

Who is me

or you

Nor, do I care

I come into my own

No longer here to primarily serve others

Now I serve me

Goddess as me within me

Listening to my core essence

Searching within for what I thought outer solutions could resolve

Unharnessing the power of my sovereign self

Growing & nurturing my truest expression in the world

Following the imperative to be me.

Middlesence, some call menopause

Another inbuilt hormonal shift that sparks a deeper unfolding

of our true nature

Power surges burn out the need to please

Differentiating again

not from parents this time

but from the pack

the life culture has writ so far

For me, as woman, the final release of the fairy tale rescue

Final acceptance that I am the Beloved I seek

Now I must do all my soul yearns to do.

Live what my soul says yes to

Regardless of how others see it.

Humbling & empowering at the same time.

Life grows precious as parents pass

Finally I’m mature enough to accept full responsibility

For who I am

Who I’ve become & who I want to be.

I accept the baton to guide this world toward freedom

Beginning with me

Freed from being ruled by our passions

Free to fulfill them

Deeply renovating my approach … to everything

To be ever more authentically me.

Here I stand

My sovereign self

Naked before my Creatrix

Illusions melting, personas fading, truths unveiling

Ever unfolding on my journey home to source.

Surprise Me

“When you know what you want, I wish you’d tell me”
you say
“I’ll do anything you want,
I’d be happy to”

Telling’s pretty easy these days
It’s knowing that’s the rub

I may know
from what I know
what I want
But what of greater beauty I don’t know
that I’d want more

If I always state my wish
If that decides our fate
The limits of my known limit me

I have to be willing to be shown, to surrender to your desire
For Vernal Falls to come into view

I trust you, Beloved
SURPRISE ME

If you know a finer place, push me a little.
A few grumps and I go.
Heaven entails.

I Am One With My Soul

A new window has opened
You can draw upon other lives of your Soul
Bring forward exalted energies
Access capacities for enlightenment
Already achieved by your Being
Remembering replaces learning anew

Ask, simply ask
“Goddess Mother, Father God
Open a ray of light for me
Direct from Your Heart
Infuse it with the highest and best of my Soul’s lives
Lives serving in Your finest temples
As Thee

“I am one with my Soul
Within its hologram is all I seek
Equally here as in any time or place
I accept my competence
I claim my power to be
High Priestess of my life.

Nothing Is

Ah, timelessness

in the sun, at last

Spring greens heal my vision

Clear my sight of winter’s darkness.

Precious is the day with nothing planned

Save, nothing

Takes pre-planning to save a day for nothingness.

I am free To be

Anything could happen

Or nothing

It’s in the plan

Prayerfulness, playfulness, restfulness

Nothingness allows time for fullness

Nothing stands in the way

Womb Of Creation

Belly down on a sun-warmed granite boulder

Cold, roiling, rushing waterfall

Blowing mist in my face

I feel You, Pachamama

Womb of Creation

You do not stop short of dramatic

Where did we learn to hold back so

You set such high standards of magnificence

Surely we have permission to unveil our artist self

When you, Mother,

in whose body we live

Constantly create and recreate yourself

Only humans need nature to stay the same

We build our buildings, chain Your rivers, asphalt Your surface

And blame You when winter storms or spring snow melt

swell Your streams and overrun the land we “own”

Who can own a river

a mountain

Your bosom

The audacity to believe we, short-lived cells in Your body,

have the right to tell You how to behave

Perhaps if we stop frustrating our creativity

Stop denying our Self’s true expression

Stop acquiring things instead of happiness

We’ll let You

And our selves

Be As We Are

Ever-changing

Ever renewing

Chocolate Illusion

Tis the pain of intimacy I avoid

The pain of unwanted intimacies long ago
Flashing through as the veils of denial
are vanquished by my healing process.

The pain of deep, loving intimacy today
Reminding me of times past
I medicate with chocolate

Following in a long line of addictions: alcohol,
caffeine, nicotine, sex, work, overbuying and food.

I learned the pain- killing effects of chocolate
and have binged at increasing levels ever since.

   There, I’ve said it.
No longer do I run, or even distance from intimacy.
I meet it.            Allow it.
          Yet keep the pain well-medicated so I don’t have to feel

How much it hurts
Opening my long-closed heart to
finally,
healthy
intimacy.

Twenty pounds of chocolate later
albeit malt barley sweetened or sweet rice syrup
A poetic way to abuse.

          The illusion of safety shatters
                    Each touch changes me, molds me
                              Draws me deeper into contact

Yet the addict does not give up hope.
Chocolate prevails. Will love?

Childs Eye

I let my Artist Child drive home
Familiar roads became shapely trees silouetted against darkening skies
As the veil of night consumes the twilight
Slowing to inhale the beauty

“Driven one” takes over
Adrenalin rushes
Racing down the freeway as if minutes mattered
Back roads, Child says
I vote for getting on home, it’s late and dark is upon us
Child frumps “Is this an artist date or isn’t it?”
I concede

The Child’s eye sees everything
Shapes and colors, not cars and speed limits
Multi-hued blues and roses as day gives way to night
Time becomes timelessness
Much more peaceful than speeding

Hard to let the Child Artist stay
Painting pictures in my mind
A mind more used to calculating and planning and scheming
It wanders back to the affairs of my life
The beauty forgotten

She calles me on it
Returning, she turns us down a smaller road
for a more intimate connection with the landscape
She makes love with all she sees with her eyes, our mind

My Artist Child
Such joy in the commonplace
Such Presence
May I be your student?

I Emerge Triumphant

Dawn breaks clear
Rebirth moves to completion
Heart restored to wholeness
Last remnants of ancient terrors set free in the night
Dissipated by a dream
A jaunt with Spirit into new realms of self
Finally I see
Engulfment/Abandonment cut from the same cloth
Flip sides of patterns instilled by abused adults
Using children to hide from their wounds
One follows the other like a dog chasing its tail
Round and round, feeding each other til I say

ENOUGH!

I am not here to fill the holes in my perpetrators
No longer determined by their pain
Nor how it used and abused and tore me asunder

My long-healing selves return to my core
Healed parts holding wounded ones
Teaching them healthy love
Divine Mother blends us together
We Become One

Authenticating Myself

I am not what’s happened to me.

I am that which emerges from all that’s happened to me

I dance out my past

None of it is now, my dance makes it null and void

Carlos Castenada teaches: “A warrior has no past”

I dance out my past

I am free

I dance on the earth and imagine my past being drawn into the earth

Me emerging, getting tall on my sky hook, being my full height again.

I withdraw all of me from my incest-ridden past

I reconstitute my whole self and come to live in now.

My Light is shining bright.

I become my wholeness, my authentic self.

Michael Molin-Skelton, the dance leader, says:

“Nothing to solve, resolve, permission to evolve and grow, sustain.

Find your own way in, around, getting to know ourselves from the inside out

Permission to hang in with the doubt and the certainty, the confusion and the clarity

Add a little curiosity to the mix, a sense of wonderment and awe.”

Awe, yes. The vastness of our true self revealed!
